Bid on a New PageRanked or Unranked Bid Directory?

To me, there are always things to consider when bidding for a new link: To bid on a ‘new’ bid directory with PageRank or the unranked one?
New directory with PR - a bit absurd, don’t you think?
I know what you mean - new directories should start at PR 0, right? Well… not really.
A ‘New’ PageRanked directory is a bidding web directory that is build on an old domain name - either it was a different site before or a parked domain. It can also be on an ‘legitimate’ domain name or a dropped one, and can even has fake PageRank!
How to check whether a ‘new’ PageRanked directory is valid or not?
My suggestion is for you to check whether it’s a dropped domain or not - simply go to DNscoop.com and see the domain age, and then go to archive.org to check whether the age is ‘accountable.’
To check whether a directory has a fake PageRank (even banned by Google), please do this simple check: go to google.com, type the following (without the quotation marks, and replace the domain.com with the one you want to check): “info:domain.com”. If it returned a no-result or different domain name, then the PageRank has been faked. New domain names can have a no-result, but not the PageRanked ones!
Okay - so should I bid on a new bid directory with PageRanks or on the unranked one?
You can bid on the dropped or faked PR directories, with several things to consider: They usually will not perform well - PR drop, or even banned by the Google.
However, there several dropped domain directories that survive, even grow well. They require a lot of work, I must say.

- Now, should I bid on the new PageRanked bid directory or on the unranked one?
For a long term, bid on the unranked one. But if you want instant gratification
bid on the new PageRanked bid directory - usually highly trafficked, due to many interest of link builders to place a bid on it.
It’s your choice and depends on your link building strategy, really.

i don’t know why i checked about domain pr last week it’s drop to 0 !

There are several answers to your question:
1. The directory is not promoted and strengthened adequately to maintain the PR
2. Google penalised the directory, even banned
3. The directory has a FAKE PR
Not all directories with dropped PR are bad directories - there are some things on the Net you simply can’t control - i.e. Banned by Google.
Anyway, just an advice, you shouldn’t place your bid solely because the PR of the directory - PR is often over-emphasized and misunderstood.
You should bid to directories that are well promoted and have good incoming traffic - that way, your investment is not in vain.
